Biography

Stacey Daniels (BA, Franklin and Marshall College) is a geologist and archaeologist. She has done field work in Italy (field mapping and geoarchaeology) and North America (field mapping, stratigraphic analyses, and environmental geology). In 2009, Stacey was awarded a paid internship with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), Bureau of Topographic and Geologic Survey, in conjunction with ARM Geophysics, where she assisted senior State geologists at the Bureau with field mapping, core logging, and stratigraphic analysis throughout the state of Pennsylvania. From 2009 to 2011, Stacey worked at Franklin and Marshall College as a research assistant for Professors Robert Walter and Dorothy Merritts.

During that time, she conducted sediment and water quality analyses and magnetic susceptibility studies for their on- going stream restoration work in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. In the fall of 2010, Stacey served as the Teaching Assistant for Professor Walter’s Landscape Geochemistry class at Franklin and Marshall College. During this time, she began her affiliation with EarthWater Technologies, Inc. as a consultant. From 2018-2019, Stacey worked in Publications at the American Geophysical Union where she managed operations for the journals Global Biogeochemical Cycles and Journal of Geophysical Research: Earth Surface. Stacey is a co-developer of Power 7 Corporation’s Transformational Groundwater Exploration (TGE) technology.
